HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO REACH ME?
Our standard AUS delivery takes 2-3 working days to reach you from dispatch. International orders can take 7-14 working days to arrive so please make sure you place your order allowing plenty of time.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will be sent a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. You can also track your order by logging into your account and clicking on the order number you are waiting for. If you have any problems or the delivery is taking longer than usual, contact Customer Services on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to look into it further for you.
I’VE MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER. CAN I MAKE AN AMENDMENT?
Our warehouse team are pretty quick at picking and packing so we are unable to make changes to products on your order. Please check your confirmation as soon as you have placed your order and send through any address changes to email@example.com as soon as you can. We cannot guarantee the changes will be made but we’ll do our very best. We cannot process any changes or cancellations to orders during our sale periods.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM FROM MY STANDARD ORDER?
As long as the item is in in a clean, unworn condition with the tags still intact, we can accept the return within 28 days for full priced items, or 14 days for sale items. Please see our Returns and Exchanges page for a step by step guide and our full returns policy. You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org for any further queries.
CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE SOMETHING IN A STORE?
Purchases made online should be returned for the Online Customer Services team to process. Store purchases need to be returned to the point of purchase.
DO YOU OFFER AN EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS PERIOD?
Yes, we do. this years runs from 1st November 2018 until 11th January 2019. Please ensure any returns arrive back with us before this date. We are able to exchange or offer gift cards for gifts. Please clearly state whether your return was a gift so we know not to contact the buyer.

We are usually pretty quick to process your returns but please do bear in mind that there may be delays after very busy periods like sales. We aim to process your returns within 1 week but it may take up to 2 weeks.
THE ITEM I WANT IS SHOWING AS OUT OF STOCK. DO YOU HAVE ANY LEFT?
Most of our stock is sold online, however, the item you want might well be in one of retail partner stores. You can either call one of our stores or email email@example.com and we’ll go on the search for you.
DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER STOCKISTS?

THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I’VE DAMAGED MY FAVOURITE FINISTERRE SOCKS. WHAT CAN I DO?
Never fear! We have our very own in house repairs here at STandard who are dedicated to breathing life and happiness back into your beloved Finisterre favourites. HOW DO I LOOK AFTER MY WOOL ITEMS?
Wool is an essential for any active Standard supporter but it must be treated with care. We recommend that you wash your Wool on a gentle 30°C wool cycle with a spin of no more than 600rpm. Reshape the item whilst damp and dry flat. Spinning your Wool too high can result in the garment shrinking beyond repair so look after your Wool and it will look after you!
